I was Born an island child in 1970 on Manhattan Island, NYC, New York. I was raised a nomad across the United States in a network of monastic yoga centers; ashrams, and public schools systems. At age 15 in 1985 I struck out on my own to determine wether there is a difference between fate and destiny. Well, I've yet to figure it out...nevertheless, the quest has so far brought to me to more places and interesting experiences along the way...

...that's just it. Life is an open book. Blessings upon blessings might as well be enjoyed. What a challenge it can be to truly enjoy the simple gifts.Taken for granted these most valuable things in life can remain unappreciated for hours, days, lifetimes. For this reason, it is of utmost importance to me, that I continue to learn how to appreciate each moment of living in this world.
